Lisa Edelstein has been an American actress for a total of twenty years. She is most well-known for her performance on House in the series House on Fox. After being raised by conservative Jews in Wayne, New York City was her destination to study the theater at Tisch. But very soon she began to be engaged in the city's nightclub scene, making enough splashes that she was seen by the media and while also becoming conscious of the devastating effects of AIDS. In the end, she teamed her talent and fame with her writing and composing skills to produce a play called Positive Me. Soon after, she was offered a job at MTV and was the host of Awake on the Wild Side. After the show ended her appearances began in television and film productions, beginning with small roles. She gradually established herself as an actor.
