Torrie Anne Wilson, born on 24 July 1975 was an American former professional wrestler. Wilson is well-known for her participation in World Wrestling Entertainment, formerly called the World Wrestling Federation. She was also the first Miss Galaxy competitor in 1999. After her win, Wilson was signed by World Championship Wrestling. She was with the company from 1999 to 2000. [2][7][8] In 2001 she began to appear in the World Wrestling Federation's (WWF) in the form of The Invasion, a storyline which was based upon the [then-] WWF storyline. In particular, she was well-known in her feud with Dawn Marie ([7][8]) and Sable ([5][9[5][9]). Wilson was also part of Vince's Devils stable, which was all female. In 2002, Wilson faced Dawn Marie. And in 2003, she was together with Sable. Wilson began her career in wrestling in 1999, when she went to the World Championship Wrestling show. The show was followed by her being asked to go backstage and enter the ring alongside Scott Steiner. 7. Kevin Nash later expressed interest in the storyline. It was her first appearance on the Nitro show's February 8 1999 episode (later called "Samantha") The storyline revealed that Wilson had been recruited by New World Order (nWo) in order to lure David Flair into supporting his father Ric Flair. He was filming by Hollywood Hogan at Uncensored in the Barbed Wire Steel Cage. David and Wilson later took a break from WCW television until May. They returned to the ring in May to watch matches. In 1999, at the Bash at the Beach, Wilson served as an assistant for Flair while he successfully defended the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Dean Malenko.
